Office of Creative & Communication Services

The Office of Creative & Communication Services provides a full range of creative and web promotional services for the university community.  The office's activities—publications, advertising, photography, online forms and web development & maintenance—are to give an honest and consistent portrayal of the university in order to generate support for the university, interest among prospective students and a foundation upon which the university's development program may build.

Formerly the Office of Communication and Marketing, the office played a significant role implementing the transition from Heidelberg College to Heidelberg University. The Office of University Relations and the Office of Creative and Communication Services work closely together to serve all communication, advertising and publication needs.

The staff can assist you from concept through printing in developing a new or updating an existing publication, as well as assisting with your web or electronic communication needs.
