Heidelberg University operates on a semester calendar. Registration currently occurs in April for Summer and Fall registration and November for Spring registration. The class schedule is available on OASIS2. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m., or at assigned time and will remain open until 8:30 a.m. the following day. Registration opens again at the end of Registration Week.
Students who are eligible to register will receive a registration time ticket. Time tickets can be viewed a few weeks prior to registration for a specific semester on OASIS2 under each student’s “Registration Status.” Students on academic probation for the semester are required to meet with their advisor and obtain a separate registration PIN to permit registration on-line.
Heidelberg students register for most classes online via OASIS2. Registrations processed by the Office of the Registrar include: internship contracts, independent study agreements, undergraduate registration in excess of 19 hours during one semester, ROTC cross-town agreement classes, late registrations and off-campus and study-abroad registrations.
A complete registration guide is available to assist students with online registration.
