Conference & Events Request Form

This form must be completed ten days before the event or the request may not be granted.

Student Organizations must have their advisor’s authorization before submitting the contract and all Student Organizations must be recognized through the Office of Student Activities to reserve rooms at no cost.

Each stage unit is 4 ft by 8 ft.

Food Service

Contact catering/ARAMARK with details at least 10 days in advance. If food and drinks are needed, ARAMARK must provide them. Please contact Jaime Nitecki (ext 2285 or jnitecki@heidelberg.edu) to request an exception.

There may be an additional fee for table clothes or skirting.

It is the applicant's responsibility to describe exactly what is needed. Krammes Service Center reserves the right to alter the space assigned if necessary. It is understood that the facilities will be used in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and policy of Heidelberg University. All facilities will be left in the same condition in which they are found. Applicant accepts responsibility for enforcing Heidelberg social policies.
