- Registration as a Probationary Student
- Students who are on academic probation may register for courses after meeting with their advisor to discuss their academic progress and schedule planning. Upon completion of this meeting, advisors will allow a student on probation to register on-line using an alternate registration PIN. Students must log into OASIS2 with their ID and PIN and subsequently enter their registration PIN to access on-line registration.
- Course Forgiveness
- For a student who has earned a grade of “D” or “F” in a course and repeats the course, the cumulative point average will reflect the higher grade, although both grades will remain on the transcript. The course must be repeated for the same number of semester hours at Heidelberg College. A course repeated more than once will be treated as a separate course with no replacement of a previous grade unless the course is designed to be a repeatable course. Grades from courses transferred from another institution are not eligible to replace grades for courses completed at Heidelberg College.
