Registration and Advising Information

Heidelberg University operates on a semester calendar. Registration currently occurs in April for Summer and Fall registration and November for Spring registration. The class schedule is available on OASIS2.

Students who are eligible to register will receive a registration time ticket. Time tickets can be viewed a few weeks prior to registration for a specific semester on OASIS2 under each student’s “Registration Status.”

Heidelberg students register for most classes online via OASIS2. Registrations processed by the Office of the Registrar include: internship contracts, independent study agreements, undergraduate registration in excess of 19 hours during one semester for and 12 semester hours for graduate students, ROTC cross-town agreement classes, late registrations and off-campus and study-abroad registrations.

Prior to registration, students are encouraged to meet with their faculty advisor to discuss their schedule and plan for program completion. New, first-time college students and students on academic probation are required to meet with their advisor prior to registration and obtain a registration PIN. Continuing students and students in good academic standing are not required to obtain a registration PIN but should meet with their advisor to discuss their planned schedule and program completion.

A complete registration guide is available to assist students with online registration.
