Kathryn Bradie
Professor of Philosophy, Department Chair
Dr. Kathryn Bradie earned her B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University. She has been at Heidelberg since 1996 and was selected as the 2008 Outstanding Faculty Member by the student body. Daryl Close
Professor of Computer Science and Philosophy
Dr. Daryl Close earned his A.B. from Lafayette College and M.A. and Ph.D. from Temple University. He has been at Heidelberg since 2000, and his courses include Ethics, Introduction to Computers and Computer Programming II. He can be reached at 419-448-2281 or dclose. Blake Grangaard
Professor of Religion
Dr. Blake Grangaard earned his B.A. from St. Olaf College, M.Div. from Luther Theological Seminary and Ph.D. from Union Theological Seminary in Virginia. He was a church pastor for almost 10 years before turning to academia. He has been at Heidelberg since 1996 and teaches most of the Religion classes, as well as an Honors seminar on Religion and Literature and an interdisciplinary CORe general education class on Religion and Politics.
