Chuck has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business, specializing in Corporate Finance, from the University of Toledo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing). Chuck was the Assistant Treasurer of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from 2000 to 2012. From 1992 to 1999 he was the Treasurer of The Standard Products Company (a global automotive parts supplier acquired by Cooper Tire in late 1999). From 1981 to 1992 Mr. Nagy held various Treasury positions with General Tire and Rubber Company and Continental AG in Hanover, Germany (who acquired General Tire in 1987). Mr. Nagy began his career as a commercial banker with Key Bank.
