Charles (Chuck) Nagy recently retired from Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, having served as its Assistant Treasurer for the past 12 years. Mr. Nagy managed the company’s cash and banking, foreign currency management, international subsidiary financing and pension investment management. From 1992 to 1999 he was the Treasurer of The Standard Products Company (a global automotive parts supplier acquired by Cooper Tire in late 1999). From 1981-92 Mr. Nagy held various Treasury positions with General Tire and Rubber Co. and Continental AG in Hanover, Germany (who acquired General Tire in 1987). Mr. Nagy began his career as a commercial banker with Key Bank. Mr. Nagy has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business, specializing in Corporate Finance, from the University of Toledo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing).
