Professor Ryley holds a M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Economics with minors in political science and history from Bowling Green State University. He is currently pursuing an Economics PhD at Wayne State University, with research interests in industrial organization, labor, and environmental economics. Although he holds two degrees in Economics; this was not always his plan. In fact, Mr. Ryley began his post-secondary education as an education major. It was not until his senior year that he decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in economics. However, his passion for education was not forgotten. Currently, his work as an educator has taken the form of a college instructor. Ultimately, he hopes to continue in academia as both a teacher and researcher.
