Professor Shirley Wozniak is a 2000 MBA graduate of Heidelberg University and a 1969 graduate of University of Toledo College of Business. She has also done significant post-graduate work in accounting and finance at University of Toledo. Thereafter she taught accounting and related businesses courses to undergraduates at Bowling Green State University and Heidelberg University. Professional work experience includes 30 years in accounting and finance at Owens-Illinois, Inc., Aeroquip-Eaton Corp.; Heidtman Steel Products. She is currently working as Senior Credit Analyst at Pilkington North America.
