Master of Business Administration BrocureThe Master of Business Administration degree program was authorized by the Ohio Board of Regents in 1996. Heidelberg University’s MBA program develops the knowledge and skills needed for general management by utilizing an instructional philosophy called "discussion pedagogy with experiential learning." Unlike the lecture method of instruction, discussion pedagogy uses case studies and provides a continuous process of integration of management skills with course content. 
 
In 1995 Heidelberg University began operating the MBA program at the Arrowhead Park site in Maumee. Currently, all courses are only being offered at the Arrowhead Park Campus. This program operates in an eight-week term format, with six terms offered during the year. All courses are offered in an evening format designed to accommodate working professionals.
