Dual Admission Application

Heidelberg University & North Central Community College

You may apply to the Dual Admission Program directly out of high school or as a college transfer student. The program necessitates that you meet all admission requirements and be accepted at both Terra and Heidelberg or at North Central and Heidelberg. Your completed application will be submitted to Heidelberg and the second school selected for dual application: Terra or North Central. Please note, all information submitted on the application form and through the admission process will be kept confidential.
 
Freshman Applicants

• If you are a high school graduate and have no prior college credit, your admission  to the program will be based on a review of your high school transcript(s) and ACT or SAT scores.
• Freshman applicants should submit:
  • completed Heidelberg & Terra Dual Application for Admission; or,
  • completed Heidelberg & North Central Dual Application for Admision
  • official high school transcript(s) including ACT or SAT scores.

Transfer Applicants

• If you are currently enrolled at Terra or another college, or have previously been enrolled in college, you may apply to the Dual Admission Program.
• A minimum cummulative grade point average of 2.0 (A=4.0) is required for admission from another college or university. Courses with a grade of "C-" or better are eligible for transfer consideration.
• Transfer applicants should submit:
  • completed Heidelberg & Terra Dual Application for Admission; or,
  • completed Heidelberg & North Central Dual Application
  • official final high school transcript(s) including ACT or SAT scores if applicable;
  • official transcripts from all colleges attended. To be official, transcripts must be sent from the institution directly to both colleges: Terra and Heidelberg or North Central and Heidelberg.
