Dual Admission Program Design

Dual Admission and Enrollment Program
Your Community College and Heidelberg

    How the program works:

  • While you are enrolled at a participating community college, you may enroll in a maximum of 3 semester hours (4 hours if a lab course) of course work at Heidelberg during Fall and Spring semester for a maximum of four semesters prior to transfer.  Heidelberg will charge you at the same tuition rate as your community college.  You will be responsible for any additional lab fees and books.
  • You will have access to academic advising at both Heidelberg and your community college.
  • You will be issued a Heidelberg student ID which will provide you with access to Heidelberg services including library privileges.  You will receive notification of Heidelberg campus events, and may participate in career-oriented organizations and other activities that will broaden your academic experience.
  • All your community college general education and other non-remedial courses in which you receive a grade of “C-” or better will transfer and be applied toward fulfilling degree requirements at Heidelberg.
