Dr. Harry Gao is a native of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China and came to the U.S. more than two decades ago to study education. He received a B.A. in English from Liaoning Normal University, an M.Ed. from Texas A&M University, and a Ph.D in Curriculum and Instruction from Baylor University.
