Alumni and Friends Student Referral Form

Heidelberg University strongly encourages its alumni and friends to use the form below to recommend prospective students to the Office of Admission. We know from experience that referrals from alumni and friends of Heidelberg often apply and enroll at a higher rate than other students and thus your support of this referral process is important to us.

After receiving a referral, we will immediately send an introductory packet of information to that student, including a letter from the director of admission, a view book, and campus visit options.

If you prefer to remain anonymous in this referral process, please indicate as such in the ”additional comments“ section. If not, your name will appear in our correspondence to the referred student.
