Options include a campus tour, meetings with professors, coaches, and your admission counselor, attending a class, and lunch in a the dining hall. Visits are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and we prefer one week notice. Allow a minimum of 90 minutes for your visit.
Science and Health Professions Day
Visit Heidelberg on a day specifically designed for students interested in science and health science majors. You will tour campus and facilities with a current student, meet with professors, talk with your admissions counselor, and see if Heidelberg is the right fit for you.
Music Preview Day
Spend a day at Heidelberg University exploring music involvement at the college level. Whether you are thinking about majoring or minoring in music, or just continuing to play or sing, we will offer a unique look at the college experience. You will meet faculty and students, attend workshop sessions, and tour campus.

Fall Fridays at the Berg are wonderful opportunities for you to visit our campus! During your visit, you will tour campus, meet with Heidelberg faculty and staff members, and enjoy a complimentary lunch. You can select 10:00 or 11:00 am as your preferred check-in time.
Options include meeting with an admission counselor and a group tour of campus. Available September through April with three arrival options: 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Please schedule at least one week in advance.
Accepted students can stay on campus overnight with a current student who shares their interests. They usually run from late afternoon to lunch the next day. Please schedule at least a week in advance by contacting Sara Gilbert at email@example.com
