Visiting campus is the best way to decide if Heidelberg is a good fit for you. 70% of students say their visit was the most important source of information in making their college decision. Your personalized visit will help answer your questions, show you what life is like at the Berg and introduce you to students, staff and faculty who want to get to know you. Driving Directions
Options include a campus tour, meetings with professors, coaches, and your admission counselor, attending a class, and lunch in a the dining hall. Visits are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and we prefer one week notice. Allow a minimum of 90 minutes for your visit.
Admitted Students Day
Make an informed decision. This is the day to help you make the right college choice. You design your day around what you need to know. What do you want to see? Who do you want to talk to? What do you need to know? You tell us and we'll create the perfect day for you.
Spring Open Houses
This is a great day for a first visit to Heidelberg. Tour campus, meet professors, and learn about what college would be like at Heidelberg. We'll give you a broad overview, and answer your specific questions. Your day starts at 9am and ends at 1pm.
Options include meeting with an admission counselor and a group tour of campus.
April 2 and 30
There are two arrival options: 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Please schedule at least one week in advance.
Accepted students can stay on campus overnight with a current student who shares their interests. They usually run from late afternoon to lunch the next day. Please schedule at least a week in advance by contacting Sara Gilbert at email@example.com
