Saturday Visit Information
Sometimes a visit during the week is not possible. Realizing this, we offer our prospective students and their families the opportunity to explore Heidelberg University on a Saturday. However, we strongly encourage you to schedule a visit during the weekday to receive more individualized attention; with the opportunity to sit in on a class, meet with an admission counselor, interact with professors and coaches, and enjoy a meal in the dining hall.
Saturday visitors have three arrival options:
- 9:00 a.m. Group Presentation, followed by a 9:30 am group tour
- 10:00 a.m. Group Presentation, followed by an 10:30 am group tour
- 11:00 a.m. Group Presentation, followed by a 11:30 am group tour

Note:
We will be open for consecutive Saturdays with the following exceptions:
Thanksgiving Break Saturday, November 28, 2009
Christmas Break Saturdays - All Saturdays in December, 2009
