Personalized Weekday Visit
We consider an individualized, personal campus visit the best way to experience what Heidelberg University has to offer you. Prospective students and their families will have the opportunity to:
- Receive a tour of our campus given by current student ambassadors
- Visit personally with an admission counselor
- Meet with professors and coaches in areas which interest you
- Sit in on a class
- Enjoy a meal in one of our two dining facilities

We are closed for weekday visits on the following days:
Thanksgiving Break - Wednesday, November 25, 2009 - Friday, November 27, 2009
Christmas Break - Monday, December 21, 2009 - Tuesday, January 5, 2010
***Personalized visits may be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday year round. We ask that you allow a minimum of 90 minutes for your visit. Please contact the Office of Admission one week prior to your visit so we may adequately prepare for your arrival. Call 1-800-434-3352 or register online.
