Personalized Weekday Visit

We consider an individualized, personal campus visit the best way to experience what Heidelberg College has to offer you. Prospective students and their families will have the opportunity to:

• Receive a tour of our campus given by current student ambassadors
• Visit personally with an admission counselor
• Meet with professors and coaches in areas which interest you
• Sit in on a class
• Enjoy a meal in one of our two dining facilities

Personalized visits may be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday year round. We ask that you allow a minimum of 90 minutes for your visit. Please contact the Office of Admission one week prior to your visit so we may adequately prepare for your arrival. Note : The Office of Admission will be closed on Monday, September 1 (Labor Day).  
 
Also, visits cannot be scheduled on Thursday, July 31 and Friday, August 1 due to Office Retreats.
