Morgan Magers, volleyball senior

Setting the women’s volleyball team up for victory is senior Morgan Magers. Magers has topped the team in assists since her freshman year, setting the school record 2007, with 1,447 assists. After completing her junior campaign for the Berg, Majors was named an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American after being named to the AVCA Great Lakes Region First Team. Majors also received OAC honors for the 2007 and 2008 seasons, being named to the ALL-OAC Honorable Mention Team and All-OAC First Team, respectively. Excelling not only on the court but also in the classroom, Magers was named to the Academic All-OAC Team in both 2007 and 2008 and was recognized by ESPN the Magazine to the Academic College District IV First Team. Magers will graduate from Heidelberg University in May with a degree in middle childhood education with intervention specialist.
