In December and January, the highly regarded Heidelberg University Baseball program will host a pair of camps.
The 2012 Youth Baseball Camp, held on December 16, is designed for boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th grade. The goal of the camp is to teach the proper techniques and fundamentals of hitting, pitching, and defense. This camp will involve a fun-filled and passionate atmosphere that helps them prepare for the upcoming baseball season.
On January 20, the 2013 Winter Prospect Camp will take place. This camp is a great way to learn the philosophies and work ethic of the Heidelberg Baseball program. This is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced coaching staff that has produced four OAC regular season championships and three tournament championships in the last seven years and a trip to the Division III World Series.
Both camps will help prepare any player for the upcoming 2013 spring season.
Registration for the youth camp ends on December 15 and January 18 for the prospect camp.
