Germany Woods Named D3football.com All-America D3football.com All-America Team TIFFIN, Ohio—Heidelberg University sophomore two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference running back Germany Woods (Cleveland/Lakewood St. Edward) was named to D3football.com’s All-America second team, announced over the weekend. The honor is the fourth postseason accolade for Woods. Woods, who also earned first-team All-OAC, first-team All-North Region and OhioCollegeFootball.com Division III offensive player of the year honors this season, had a record-breaking season for the Berg in which he led the OAC during the regular season and set the school single-season record with 1,421 rushing yards yards—breaking the previous record by 90 yards in 68 less carries—and scored 11 touchdowns.
