Football Announces 2012 Schedule TIFFIN, Ohio—Heidelberg University head football coach Mike Hallett has unveiled the schedule for the upcoming 2012 season, released today. The Berg will again host five games at Mayer Field and play nine Ohio Athletic Conference opponents. The Student Princes will open the 2012 campaign with three straight games away from Tiffin, opening the season on Sept. 1 at Alma (Mich.) College, the third straight year Heidelberg will open the season against the Scots. Following an open date, the Berg will open the OAC portion of its schedule at Ohio Northern University on Sept. 15 in the second annual Bendekovic Bowl and at Wilmington College on Sept. 22.
