The Marketplace to pre-order tickets has closed. Tickets will be sold at each gate of Frost-Kalnow Stadium on Saturday.
The Heidelberg University Athletics Office is excited to host the opening round of the NCAA Division III Football Championship on Saturday, November 17. To assist fans, a guide has been assembled to answer many of the questions surrounding the game.
The Five W’s
Who: Wittenberg University (9-1) at Heidelberg University (9-1)
What: Opening round of the NCAA Division III Football Championship
When: Saturday, November 17 at noon
Where: Frost-Kalnow Stadium on the campus of Tiffin Columbian High School.
Why: Wittenberg won the NCAC title and received an automatic berth into the 32-team tournament. Heidelberg was one of eight schools to receive an at-large bid.
Tickets
As recommended by the NCAA, ticket prices are as follows: General admission tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for students (kindergarten - college).
Please note: OAC and NCAC passes are not permitted for the playoffs, and Heidelberg and Wittenberg students are not admitted for free.
Fans can purchase tickets at the game.
If you have purchased advanced tickets, you can pick at Will Call. Will Call will be located at the Charlotte St. Gate at the north end of the stadium.
All seats will be considered general admission.
Parking
There are two main lots surrounding Frost-Kalnow Stadium. One lot is located off of S. Monroe St., and is adjacent to Columbian High School. The other lot is located
off of Charlotte St. There is no charge for parking.

Frost-Kalnow Stadium
National Field at Frost-Kalnow Stadium was the home for Heidelberg football for more than 50 years. With improvements made to Mayer Field, Heidelberg began playing home games on campus in 2009. Frost-Kalnow Stadium is the home of Tiffin Columbian High School, Tiffin Calvert High School and Tiffin University.
The stadium is equipped with restrooms and concession stands beneath the home and visitor grandstands. The facility is handicapped accessible.
NCAA Rules and Regulations
Fans should note that the NCAA limits the number of people allowed on the sidelines during playoff games. Fans who have grown accustomed to casually standing near the field to watch the contest will have to remain behind the fence surrounding the track, or be seated in the grandstand.
Artificial noise-makers, including shakers, cowbells and vuvuzelas, are not permitted inside the stadium.

Several radio stations will provide audio coverage for the contest. Links will be continually added here after they are granted permission by the NCAA.
Heidelberg's Office of Athletic Marketing and Information will provide live statistics and live video of the contest.
