Aaron Nixon returns for his second year as a graduate assistant for Heidelberg Basketball. Following a successful high school career at Cleveland Heights, Nixon continued his success at Long Beach State. In two seasons with the 49ers, Nixon averaged 16.8 points per game. He was named Big West Player of the Year in 2007.
Following his collegiate career, Nixon played professionally in South America and in Europe.
