TIFFIN, Ohio—The Heidelberg University men’s and women’s cross country teams will compete Friday, Sept. 30 at the All-Ohio Championships in Cedarville, Ohio, hosted by Cedarville University. Both men’s and women’s races will be run on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course at 2 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. respectively.
Both teams are coming off a two-week layover following the Calvin (Mich.) College Knight Invitational. Seven individuals—five men and two women—set personal records in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Senior Jordan Karnes (Edgerton) and junior Bobbi Custer (Woodstock/Triad) led the Berg with times of 25:46.94 and 19:27.10, respectively.
Following the All-Ohio Championships, both teams will enjoy another two-week layoff before competing at the Oberlin Invitational on Oct. 15.
