ONU Blanks the Berg

It was not a good day on the courts for the Heidelberg College men’s tennis team. The Student Princes fell 9-0 to Ohio Northern University, dropping them to 6-6 on the season, 2-3 in the Ohio Athletic Conference. ONU rises to 10-4 overall, 6-0 in the OAC.

The closest matches for the Berg came at fifth and sixth singles. Dylan Booth (Westerville, Ohio / Westerville Central) fell 6-4, 6-4 in the fifh position to Polar Bear Jay Vaidya, while Miles Yetter (Dublin, Ohio / Dublin Jerome) lost 6-4, 6-4 as well in the sixth spot to ONU’s Kyle Webb.

The men return to the court Saturday, April 12, away in New Concord, Ohio against Muskingum College. Play is set to begin at 1 p.m.
