Men's Tennis Falls to Muskingum, 8-1

The Heidelberg University men’s tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to visiting Muskingum College today in an Ohio Athletic Conference match. Muskingum improves to 3-9 overall and 3-4 in the OAC, while the Berg stands at 3-5 and 2-4.
 
Muskingum swept doubles play and opened up victorious in first through fourth singles. Heidelberg’s Miles Yetter (Dublin, Ohio / Dublin Jerome) scored Heidelberg’s lone win on the day at fifth singles. He topped Malcom Reed in three sets, 3-6, 6-2, 10-6.
 
Heidelberg put up a fight, as Moody Al-Turk (Sandusky, Ohio / Perkins) and Lee Moomaw (Bloomville, Ohio / Columbian) forced a third set at first and sixth singles, respectively.
