2009-10 Indoor Schedule Released

Second-year head coach Keith Roberts Jr. has announced the release of the Heidelberg Univeristy track and field indoor schedule for the 2009-10 season. The Berg is slated to compete in nine outings in hope of producing a top finish in the Ohio Athletic Conference, as well as qualify numerous student-athletes for the NCAA Division III Championships.

The Berg is slated to open action at the Oiler Open hosted by the University of Findlay Dec. 5. Following over a month break due to the holiday, Heidelberg will resume action Jan. 16 at the Mike Hout Invitational hosted by Capital University.
 
Highlighting its slate is the OAC Championships that begin Feb. 25 and are hosted by Marietta College. On the men's side, Heidelberg is in search of its first championship and will look to make a step up from its runner-up podium from a season ago. The women are looking for the program's first OAC Indoor Title as well after standing seventh a season ago.
