Austintown, Ohio – January 18, 2010 – Freshman Josh Lynch (Dayton, Ohio / Meadowdale) of the Heidelberg University men’s track and field team was tabbed the Ohio Athletic Conference Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for the week of January 18, 2010.
Lynch paved the way in the field to help seal a third place finish for Heidelberg at the Mike Hout Invitational hosted by Capital University on Saturday.
The day began with a championship in the high jump. He cleared 6’3.5” to take home the title. Lynch closed out the day with a fifth place in the triple jump, with a leap of 42’8.75”.
