Austintown, Ohio – April 18, 2011 – For the second week in a row, sophomore Nate Davis (Dayton, Ohio / Stivers) of the Heidelberg University men’s track and field team has been tabbed the Ohio Athletic Conference Men’s Field Athlete of the Week. Davis now has two track and field conference honors for his career.
Davis was part of Heidelberg’s third place finish at the All-Ohio Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University on Saturday.
Davis brought home the long jump title with a leap of 22’11¼”. Davis also cleared 6’6¼” in high jump for a second place finish and earned fifth in triple jump with a leap of 43’8”.
