Kathleen Phillips Named All-OAC Junior Kathleen Phillips (Sandusky/St. Mary’s) receives the second All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection of her career by being named to the 2012-13 All-OAC second team. Kathleen’s first All-OAC accolade came a season ago when she was named All-OAC honorable mention. During the 2012-13 season, Phillips played in 24 games for the Berg, all of which were starts. “She has led the league in scoring the last two years and shoots over 40% from the field as a parameter player who doesn’t play much in the post and doesn’t score a lot off of layups," said fifth yuear head coach Marcie Alberts. “It’s a true testament to her as a player when she shoots over 40% from the floor on mostly contested shots,” added Alberts.
