Night at the Races

Join the Heidelberg women's basketball and softball teams for a Night at the Races, Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the Knights of Columbus in Tiffin, Ohio.  Come for a night of food, fun, and gambling.  Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with races beginning at 6:30.  Tickets are $25, including a buffet dinner, snacks, soda and a race program.  A cash bar will also be available.

The only way into the race is with a ticket!  Tickets are limited so reserve your spot today.  Once inside the race, enjoy the opportunity to place bets on upcomming races (bring cash!) or simply watch your horse win! 
 
Can't attend the race, but still want to help?  There are many ways to get involved:
 
Buy a horse!
Your $20 donation will allow you to name a horse for others to bet on.  Your name and the horses name will both appear in the program and be announced during the race.

Sponsor a race!
Donate $100 and sponsor a race, your business card (or equal sized ad) will be printed in the program.  Sponsors will be announced at the beginning of each race.

Advertise in the program!
Ad space is available in the program, ranging from $25 to $100 for a full page ad.

Donate a raffle item or basket!
Donations are being accepted for items to be used in a raffle taking place the day of the race.

All proceeds go directly to the women's basketball and softball teams, helping the softball team travel to Florida and the basketball team travel to St. Louis and Chicago.
