Tiffin, OH – So far, football, volleyball and soccer have dominated the headlines for Heidelberg athletics this fall. Fugate, the lone freshman for the Student Princes this fall, joined with sophomore Sara Potts (Clyde), who was victorious in her singles match, 6-1, 6-1, for doubles action. Fugate and Potts took down their opponents, 8-3.
Sophomore Melissa Herrera-Ortiz (Moline, IL) competed in the five slot for the Berg and took the first set of her singles set, 6-0, followed by a 6-1 victory in the second set.
