Accepted Forms of Payment:

• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (with your signature only)
• Personal Checks imprinted with your address and accompanied by suitable identification

Order Processing:
Orders will be processed within 24 hours in most cases (except weekends and holidays) unless an item is out of stock. Processing time may be increased during the start of the semester.

Shipping:
Our primary method of shipping is UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box number, so we prefer a street address. Current shipping charges vary depending on destination and weight, please call or email for exact shipping costs on your order.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax (7%) will be charged on all shipments within the state of Ohio. Any shipments made outside of Ohio will be tax exempt. (Note: It is the responsibility of the Buyer to report any tax exempt Internet purchases when filing their Income Taxes.)
