When is my first payment due? Your first payment is due August 1, 2009. You can pay online thru OASIS2 via credit card payment or make your payment to: Heidelberg University, Business Office, 310 E. Market Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883.
When will my Federal Pell Grant, Federal SEOG Grant, and Perkins Loan be disbursed? These funds will be applied to your student account 10 days prior to the start of classes which is August 14, 2009.
When will my Stafford, PLUS and Alternative loans be applied? If you loan has been processed and guaranteed it will be disbursed on August 28, 2009.
Why am I being charged for Health Insurance? All students who are fulltime are charged for the health insurance. If you wish not to participate in the health insurance program, please go online to www.heidelberg.edu/oasis2 then to the Student Tab to Health Insurance Waiver or www.studentplanscenter.com to waive the insurance.
Why am I being charged for extra hours? If you are registered for more than 16 hours you are assessed a per credit hour charged of $595.00. If you are a honor student taking a honor seminar, or a junior/senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and completed 60 hours of study, or taking a music ensemble, the extra hour charge will be adjusted after the add/drop period.
Why do I not see my financial aid on my billing invoice? If you do not have any financial aid credited to your account, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 1-800-925-9250 ext. 2293.
Why are some of my financial aid funds memoed? These are funds that will be disbursed onto your account after August 14, 2009 and are not reflected in your Total Due on your invoice.

When can I apply for my parking tag? You will be able to apply for your parking tag beginning July 1st by going to your OASIS2 under the Personal Information Tab~~Vehicle Registration.
How do I pick my meal plan? You can decide on three (3) types of meal plans if you live on campus or if you live off campus and wish to apply money to your account go to: http://www.campusdish.com/en-us/CSMA/Heidelberg. You can pick your plan after July 1st.
