If you have three or more exams on one day, you may ask permission to move one exam by dowloading and completing the Request for Change of Final Exam form. This form can be sent to the Office of Academic Affairs, c-o Prof. Vicki Ohl.
Deadline to submit exam change request is request by April 23, 2008.
