European Choir Tour 2008

In May and June of 2008, the Heidelberg Concert Choir will embark on its first European tour in 30 years. The tour will feature performances in and around Vienna, Salzburg, Munich and Heidelberg. It will conclude in Heidelberg, Germany, where the Choir will join in the 50th anniversary celebration of the The American Junior Year at Heidelberg University study abroad program. We are thrilled to be invited to participate in this historic event. In recent years, the Concert Choir has toured extensively throughout the United States and has been honored to sing at state and regional conventions of the American Choral Directors Association and the Music Educators National Conference. This year we were honored to perform in the Washington National Cathedral. Now we look forward to representing Heidelberg College abroad as we perform in some of the most important musical centers of Europe!
