Parent & Family Weekend logoParent & Family Weekend is a long standing tradition at Heidelberg University. Every Fall parents and families spend a weekend on campus, visiting their students’ residence halls and classrooms, listening to presentations, and participating in a variety of fun activities. We hope you make plans to attend this exciting weekend on campus! Register online!

Registration Fees

$20 per person; $40 per couple
$12 Children 12 and under
Children under 3 – free
Berg student – no charge

Registration includes all activities, brunch, entry to Heidelberg University sporting events for the weekend, and commemorative apparel for each guest.

Back by popular demand, Elec Simon, a former cast member of the Broadway show STOMP!, is returning to campus Friday, Sept 27. He and his band will be in the Commons at 8pm for BEC's first Coffee House of the year. Come out for coffee, cider, pastries...and listen to some fantastic music!
