Grade Requirements
A cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher is required for graduation. The following minimum standards apply for a student to maintain satisfactory academic progress.

| 17-32 hours attempted-1.70 | 64-79 hours attempted-1.92 |
| 33-47 hours attempted-1.80 | 80 or more hours attempted-2.00 |
Satisfactory Academic Progress
Scholarships and grants are awarded annually on academic achievement and/or financial need. Awards are renewable for as long as the student makes satisfactory academic progress as defined below and meets specific scholarship or grant renewal requirements. A student who is enrolled in the College is considered to be making satisfactory progress toward meeting the requirements for a degree if the following apply:
- A student satisfactorily completes at least 24 semester hours after 2 semesters of full-time enrollment and continues to complete satisfactorily a total number of credit hours which would produce an average of at least 12 semester hours for each semester of full-time enrollment.
- A student who is enrolled less than full-time, but at least half-time, must maintain satisfactory progress toward his or her degree by having earned at least 12 semester hours per academic year and by having maintained the stipulated grade point average required for satisfactory academic standing.
- A student who is less than half-time must maintain satisfactory progress by having passed the total credit hours attempted for the semester enrolled while also maintaining the stipulated grade point average required for satisfactory academic standing
- A student with different enrollment status for fall and spring semesters must maintain the appropriate satisfactory progress standards noted above.
