The annual Ethnic Dinner was a feast to behold, featuring diverse flavor found not only in the food prepared for the event but in the camaraderie and entertain
ment. The event drew more than 150 people for its largest crowd ever. Participants prepared food from their native countries, including cuisine from India, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, the Middle East, Europe, Canada, the U.S. and others.

Fifteen countries and faith traditions were represented in a fashion show, which was popular with the crowd. African poetry and a Chinese flute player also provided entertainment.
Sreng Kim-Chhay, director, coordinated the event for The Office of International and Multicultural Affairs with the World Student Union serving as a co-sponsor of the event.
