1. Submit your Application for Admission
The Office of Admission will then review your complete Admission Application including test scores and GPA. Based upon this information, the Admission office will also determine your eligibility for a merit-based scholarship that can range from $8,000-$12,000 per year. For more information about the admission process or to apply online, please visit the Office of Admission.
2. Submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1st.
Regardless of whether or not you think you will qualify for Federal Aid, it is important to complete the FAFSA in a timely fashion. The FAFSA is required to receive any additional aid beyond the merit scholarship awarded through the Admission process. We strongly encourage you to have your parents complete their federal tax return before completing the FAFSA so that accurate information is reported. If estimated income information is reported, please be aware that actual tax information is required to be updated.
To submit your FAFSA online, visit the Department of Education’s FAFSA on the Web at: www.fafsa.ed.gov. Heidelberg’s federal code number is 003048.
