Heidelberg is pleased to offer students and parents three plans for payment of tuition, fees, and room & board. Regardless of the plan you choose, completion of a payment contract is required prior to the student attending class.
- Two Payment Plan allows students and parents to pay on a semester basis. Payments are due August 1 and January 1. No contract fee is required.
- Four Payment Plan divided payment into two each semester. Payments are due August 1, October 1, January 1 and March 1. A $45 contract fee is required.
- Ten Payment Plan allows students and parents to stretch payment over a 10-month period. Payments are due the first of each month August 1 through May 1. A $45 contract fee is required.
Students with Employer Tuition Reimbursement may defer payment until the reimbursement is received from the employer. This option is available at no additional cost to the student or to the employer.
Credit Card (MC, AmEx, Discover) and ACH (electronic check) payments can be made through the TouchNet On-line Payment system which is available on OASIS2.
