The Fellows Organization recognizes any donor who contributes $250 or more annually in a single gift or in multiple cumulative gifts to any University fund, with the exception of Capital or Endowment funds. This includes contributions to the unrestricted Heidelberg Fund, The “H” Association, Friends of Beeghly Library, Friends of Heidelberg Music, Heidelberg Academics, Athletics, Annual Scholarships, Gifts-in-Kind, and any other non-endowment or capital project gift.
Fellows will be recognized in the following giving levels:

| Emanuel V. Gerhart | $1,000 - $2,499 |
| Charles E. Miller | $2,500 - $4,999 |
| Henry Leonard | $5,000 - $9,999 |
| George W. Williard | $10,000 - $24,999 |
| W. Terry Wickham | $25,000 and above |
*Donors have the option to designate their annual gift to one of the following Heidelberg Fund areas:
- Highest priority or need of the University
