Spring A critical look at the historical development of the commercial broadcasting industry in America. Special emphasis will be given to organization, regulation, programming, and audiences. A significant portion of the class is devoted to television program criticism. Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing or permissions of instructor. Students with credit for MED 165 will not also receive credit for 356.
