Heidelberg University operates on a semester calendar. Registration currently occurs in March/April for Summer and Fall registration and October/November for Spring registration. The class schedule is available on OASIS2. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m., or at assigned time and will remain open until 8:30 a.m. the following day. Registration opens again at the end of Registration Week.<

Time tickets can be viewed a few weeks prior to registration for a specific semester on OASIS2 under each student’s “Registration Status.” Students on who are in the AIM HEI program, or on academic probation for the semester are required to meet with their advisor and obtain a separate registration PIN to permit registration.
