If you frequently compose email messages in BergApps, you're familiar with Google's autocomplete feature that suggests addresses for people with whom you've personally corresponded in the past. We have recently rolled out a new feature in your BergApps web client that makes finding Heidelberg email addresses even easier!
The new version of autocomplete will provide you with a second section below your personal contacts, suggesting additional potential matches for folks "@heidelberg.edu." That list is made up of current students, faculty, and staff; Google will narrow the list as you type more letters into the address field. You can select any name from that list, and the corresponding email address will automatically fill the address field of your message.
We hope this new feature will make it easier for students, faculty, and staff to find each other when they know a name, but not an email address.
