Orientation Leaders

Heidelberg College has valued peer interaction in its Orientation program since the 1970’s, when it became one of the award-winning top schools in the nation to use upper-class students to assist with formally welcoming new students to the college through the orientation program Orientation Leaders, known as OL's, are selected during the Spring Semester through an application, references and interview process. OL's volunteer their time to welcome new students to the campus because of the positive experience they had during their own orientation program.
