New Student Summer Orientation
The New Student Orientation program facilitates the transition into the Heidelberg College Community. Orientation exposes new students to the exciting academic and co-curricular opportunities available at Heidelberg. The summer portion of the program is held over a two day period to help students get accustomed to the campus and the new students in their class.
During the two day summer program students will begin with academic testing, receive their academic schedule and learn about the college. Students will also have an opportunity to interact with select upper-class students and new students attending the session.
Parents are also encouraged to attend orientation. Heidelberg College believes parents are an important factor in student success. Parents will have an opportunity to learn more about the college and meet key contacts at the college. Parents will attend sessions specifically designed to help them understand the Heidelberg College community and how they can be influential in student success.
