In this session, you will be given an overview of how the financial aid process works, your rights and responsibilities as a financial aid recipient, and the terms and conditions involved. Information on work study will also be provided.

Join us in Hoernemann Refectory, our campus dining hall for lunch. All students, even those without a meal plan are invited to join us.

Students will navigate the student portal, OASIS2. The session will also provide general information about Heidelberg’s online billing system, when to expect your online bill, methods of payment, payment options, and how to receive a financial aid refund.
