Off Campus Status

1. Students are required to maintain occupancy in campus housing during their full academic career at Heidelberg unless authorization is granted to withdraw from college housing. Students must meet one or more of the following criteria to live off campus in 2008-2009:

a. 23 years old or older on or before August 25, 2008.

b. Married or a single parent of a dependent minor child.

c. entering senior in the 2008-2009 academic year and have attained 69 credit hours as of January 1, 2008.

2. Off Campus status will not be granted mid-year. (For further information, see Housing Contracts.)

3. Students must re-apply for off-campus status each academic year.

4. The cost of a double room will be applied to a student’s account until approval is granted.
