MISSION: The Owen Academic & Career Support Center (ACSC) actively engages students with services and resources to help clarify and achieve their personal goals, enhance their Heidelberg experience, and build skills that will contribute to success throughout life. Through individual appointments, group sessions, and faculty collaboration, students can access tutoring, disability accommodation assistance, time management, and study skills coaching. Through career management advising, workshops, and network-focused events, the ACSC prepares students to explore and establish connections for post-graduate goal attainment. Collegiate Employ-Net Job Fair The next Collegiate Employ-Net Career Fair is scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2015. Registration information will be posted in fall 2014.
Education Expo Teacher candidates and education alumni can attend Education Expo at Bluffton University on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 beginning at 8 am. Candidates meet with reps during the Open Fair from 8 am to 9:30 am to network and hopefully will be selected by recruiters to schedule same-day interviews. More information will be available November 2014.
